Life Coaching

Life Coaching is different from psychotherapy. Life coaching does not focus on symptoms but rather helps to identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles.

Mindfulness Therapy

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (mindfulness therapy) is a type of psychotherapy that combines cognitive therapy, meditation, and mindfulness. This type of therapy was meant to build upon cognitive therapy, integrating it with a program to form mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy, or EMDR, is a specialized treatment intended to relieve some of the distress associated with memories of trauma. This technique used in therapy can help the brain process traumatic memories more adaptively and facilitates adaptive resolutions.
